Paul, I think Brian Fay has some experience of organising things like this both for Triptych and as part of his job at Dublin Institute of Technology. IF you google his name you should get to an email address, though I believe he is also a member of the DRN as he gave a paper at the conference in Loughborough. But check out the Triptych website anyhow as there might be some material online. I think the research project was utilising a Flicker account system.
