Thanks to David for sending the BPS expression of interest from; attached here also, as a reminder, is the proposal for the section, which includes the draft rules, which Jacqui circulated on this list for comment before the working group submitted the proposal to the BPS. If anyone has any further comments it would be good to discuss on the list and/or at the morning meeting so that these could be taken for consideration at the inaugural meeting.
Thanks also to Elaine explaining how the decisions were made, as a consensus by all those who came to the meeting to discuss this at the Plymouth conference in July, on how to progress both the ideas for forming a co-operative and the section planning: Her description fits with my recollection.
