And the likely reason that it suddenly appeared is that you picked a peak
in the CO region by hand with the HNCACB spectrum turned on too. The
program will expand the aliasing region of a spectrum to span all its
picked peaks by default. You do need to be careful of which spectra are
turned on in a window when manually picking peaks, or display the spectra
in separate windows.
