I believe that there are no problems with the copyright because the site is not "public" and you need a password to access it. Indeed, this stratagem would probably put the web page under the "circulation for scientific reason or exchange between colleagues" that is normally in the clauses of papers' copyright.
It is definitively a great initiative.
