Hi Heather,
Please feel free to raise a technical support call with us and we can
help you identify the particular problem in each instance (as a
federation member organisation you are entitled to free technical
support). You can then present that information to the service providers
in question, which should help them to determine what they need to do to
restore access for you. It will help greatly if you can supply an
idp-process.log file at DEBUG level containing logs of access attempts
to all the problem SPs.
To raise the call please email the UK federation helpdesk in the first
instance, with the log file as an attachment, at this address:

They will forward your email to us.
