We had two different (not our fault) problems when upgrading:
1) Out of date metadata offenders:
* EBSCOHost
* EBL - Ebook Service [seems to be hard coded data]
* HeinOnline
2) Incorrect use of eduPersonTargetedId (where Shib2.x now released both
old and new style [eptid@scope & idpid!spid!eptid] and stuff broke):
* JISCMail
* JANET Certificate Service
Of these, JISCMail manually fixed all our users (18, I think) and the
Certificate Service were looking into fixing it -- not sure if they
managed.
