I have it on no authority that he turned the grinding wheel for the axe used to behead Charles I, and later became Royal Purveyor of Prophylactics to his Majesty Charles II.

Having observed many times the administration of daily medication to my 91-year old mother and other residents of an assisted-living facility, I'm aware of the value of another individual entering into the process. And once I started laying out in advance within a multi-unit plastic container the nine different pills I take every morning, I rarely experience what you articulate in the last 5 lines of your snap.
Otherwise, the Earl of Rochester or the Duke of Earl convinced me that you're really 39 rather than the oldest member of the list (as you claim).
