BA Postdoctoral Fellowships at Queen Mary, University of London
The School of Languages, Linguistics, and Film is keen to support outstanding post-doctoral scholars making applications to the British Academy Postdoctoral Fellowship scheme. Research takes place in all areas of the School’s activity: linguistics (including the linguistics of particular languages as well as general linguistics); film (British, European, and Hollywood cinema, and film theory); comparative literature; and the languages, literature, and cultures of France and the Francophone world, Germany, Spain and Spanish-speaking Latin America, Russia, and Brazil and Portugal. The School encourages research interactions across these disciplinary boundaries. Information about the School can be found on the School website (http://www.sllf.qmul.ac.uk), which has links to individual departments, where you can find lists of research staff and their interests.
Details of the BA Postdoctoral Scheme can be found here:

We should be very pleased to hear from eligible post-doctoral candidates working in relevant subject areas who are considering applying to the Postdoctoral scheme. We shall happy to provide support and guidance in preparing applications. Initial enquiries should be directed to the School’s Director of Research, Professor Michael Moriarty ([log in to unmask]). Draft applications should be submitted to the School by Friday 24 September in order for internal review and selection processes to be completed in time for the British Academy deadline of Wednesday 6 October.
