Hi,
I suggest that you locate the ccp4.setup file in the version of ccp4
that you have installed and edit it to have all the variables pointing
at the correct directories. This means that you will have to locate the
directory where ccp4 has been installed.
I thought that the ccp4 installation script took care of this
automatically but apparently in your case it did not.
One thing to "worry" about is the location of the scratch directory, for
this you locate the line that says
setenv CCP4_SCR /tmp/$USER
and you edit it to have the scratch directory somewhere "sensible",
/tmp/$USER is not necessarily the most appropriate directory. Also, you
may have to create that directory and make sure to have the correct
permissions to be able to write in it.
