If I query your nameservers it works fine...
$ nslookup 134.219.225.21 dns2.rhul.ac.uk
Server: dns2.rhul.ac.uk
Address: 134.219.101.211#53
21.225.219.134.in-addr.arpa name = storage001.ppgrid1.rhul.ac.uk.
$ nslookup 134.219.225.21 dns3.rhul.ac.uk
Server: dns3.rhul.ac.uk
Address: 134.219.101.212#53
21.225.219.134.in-addr.arpa name = storage001.ppgrid1.rhul.ac.uk.
And it works using an opendns server...
$ nslookup 134.219.225.21 208.67.222.222
Server: 208.67.222.222
Address: 208.67.222.222#53
Non-authoritative answer:
21.225.219.134.in-addr.arpa name = storage001.ppgrid1.rhul.ac.uk.
But I get SERVFAIL from all six of our servers.

It does look like the reverse lookup is a bit shonky.
