Dear SPMers, I'm again asking you for help regarding the Eigenvariate.
I'm in the process of running a PPI in spm8. I have run many in spm2 but
don't quite understand how to run it in spm8.
At the step after selecting the Voxel of Interest with the contrast
[1-10]using the "Eigenvariate" button, I'm only able to apply"<don't
adjust>" at the 1st level analysis not "effects of interest" as in the
instructions posted in prior years.
My questions is :
Does the VOI.mat file created reflect the contrast it was collected
during or not, does it reflect [1 -1 0] ?
If it does not, I could run a number of PPIs all using the same VOI.mat
file since I'm interested in 1 particular voxel.
The PPI contrasts would be:
[1 -1 0]
[-1 1 0]
[0-1 1]
0 1 -1] ...
If VOI.mat Does reflect the contrast then I would create a new VOI.mat
file using the same contrast as I will specify in the PPI contast.
