This is due to the default threshold used in SPM. We have detailed instructions for this in http://cfn.upenn.edu/~zewang/ASLtbx.php.

Subject: [SPM] Error during Model Estimation of ASL perfusion data
Dear Expert,
I got fMRI data obtained with a ASL perfusion MRI method. With using Perfusion Toolbox on the SPM5, I obtained CBF and PWI time course images.
After pre-processing and during analysing ASL perfusion fMRI data using SPM5, we got the following message during the "Model Estimation"
"No inmask voxels-empty analysis"
Does anyone know how to solve this error message?
I appreciate any comments.
Best
Geon-Ho
