Dear M,
If you have an access to a linux-machine and/or FSL, the easiest way is
the "fslroi".
Usage: fslroi input output tmin tsize
where tmin is a starting timepoint-of-interest and tsize is the
length-of-interest. All numbering start with 0!
So, let us assume that you want to delete the first 4 volumes from a 4D
nifti dataset, called mydata.nii, which contains 200 volumes:
fslroi mydata mydata_new 6 194
It is possible, that the output will be nii.gz instead of nii, for it is
the default format for FSL. In this case, you have to extract it.
