A dedicated and enthusiastic projects records officer is required to help support information management projects at King's College London. The College is committed to making the most effective use of all its information resources for legal and practical reasons, and records management plays a key role. Core duties are to assist with the delivery of electronic records management projects, including contributing to the development of processes and procedures, and provision of guidance and training, as well as reviewing monitoring reports on digital storage trends across College.
Details Applicants should be educated to degree level, with excellent IT skills and an efficient and organised approach to work. Experience of office administration or records management is vital as is a strong commitment to customer care. Equality of opportunity is College policy.
Salary: The appointment will be made within the Grade 4 scale, currently £24,560 to £27,324 per annum, including London Allowance.
This is a fixed term post for one year.
