I recently read a comment that the male nude is under represented in the
visual arts. I would have said; over determined, but whatever.
Second, it has to be gay (the gay porn image that is) but more curious
how would such a body be represented, photographed or drawn pencil on
paper and not be such?
The only way so far that I can come up with is to use a segmented
grid-like compositional method. (Gilbert and George?) After Weston's 10
year old son's diagonal hips, knees and shoulders classical pose it does
seem a difficult idea. I could use three different cameras in the same
shoot moving into the segments against the whole?
