We had the memory leak at our site. The server had to run for 6 days for
it it to show up, though. We had exceptions in
/opt/glite/var/log/glite-ce-cream.log, and it also said "Java heap space".
"Connection refused" can happen when a server can be reached via IP, but
no suitable TCP socket is open on the right port to handle the incoming
connection request. Is tomcat running on the right port?
