Assessment Methods Post-Doctoral Fellowship in the area of Technology and Aging - University of Grenoble -
The University of Grenoble seeks a Ph.D graduate with strong research skills in the area of Assessment Methods, with experience or interest in the area of Technology and Aging.
The successful candidate will work with gerontologists, occupational therapists, researchers, engineers, etc., to develop new approaches for assessing tools devoted to homecare and independent living of elders.
Experience and skills regarding assessment could be very wide-ranging, including: clinical trials; homecare or community care services; ergonomics; eHealth related areas; occupational therapy; and social and behavioural sciences.
This is a one-year position with the possibility of renewal. Salary is between € 28.500 and € 35.000 (depending on experience) per annum.
The University of Grenoble includes the University Hospital of Grenoble and various labs like TIMC-IMAG and AGIM3. The latter is a future research laboratory devoted to the science and technology of ageing from January 2011, and that will gather key researchers and gerontological professionals specialized in technology for homecare and autonomy.
