If anyone has examples of names in (ge)mot, spell, þing, spec/spræc, mæðel or hundred which are not in EPNS volumes, I'd be very glad to hear of them. For instance, OS maps feature Spellar Park in Brandsby, Spell Close Farm in Kirkleavington, and Spella Farm in Marston in the Forest, all North Riding and not in PN Yorks NR - and there must be other examples.

Some compounds of (ge)mot have a river name as the first element. Is (ge)mot of meeting places of a discernably different period? I've seen some, in addition to those under ERN's Eamont, that have been assimilated to personal names ending in -mund et sim, such as Great Gornhay, Cornwall 1330 Gormundesheye, and Heathencote (next Towcester) 1220 Heymindecot, 1236 Hekemundecot,1236 Hemundescot, 1307 Heghmundecotes.
