Hi Anita
Organic matter is a known interference for PAH measurement. I think
that you need to use a TPH analysis that uses a special kind of
"fractionation" to correct for this problem as you say, e.g. US EPA
Method 3630C.
This is particularly important if you are carrying out bioremediation
