Dear All,
Herewith two suggestions for setting up the preliminary meeting:
(1) Explore BPS funding for setting up and whether this would be
sufficient for preliminary meeting to discuss terms of reference for
the Section and possible shadowing more political organisation -
also whether the current Charter would make this necessary, and for
what kind of purposes.
AND/OR
(2) Existing discussants put up £10 each to subsidise the preliminary
meeting to be offset against first year's subscriptions once the
Section is up and running.
I would be glad to put of £10 myself for this purpose, which would
possibly require a bank account or someone prepared to keep records
of direct payments to a named person on the basis of trust.
Good to start the ball rolling?
