Sorry for the delay - I think I have fixed the problem now. Unfortunately you will have to reinstall the new Windows analysis build, but this shouldn't be too painful (just double click, no need to uninstall the old one).
The updated build is on the website (build 4583) or there is a shortcut here
http://www.ccpn.ac.uk/download/ccpnmr/CcpnmrSetup-build-2.1.5-4583.exe
I'm afraid you'll have to install the updates again, but this time it should work!!

PS I've changed the Warning now, but you don't need to restart the computer - only Analysis! This should have been clearer.
