Hello,
That is almost certainly that you have version 0.9.7 of the openssl
libraries and we have 0.9.8. Assuming that is correct, I've put the two
libraries you'll need at:
http://www.ccpn.ac.uk/download/ccpnmr/lib_linux64/
You can stick those in /usr/lib (well, double check they are not there
already because I might be wrong in my assumption). If you don't have
permission to do that then I'd create a lib/ directory in ccpnmr/ (so
parallel with the bin/ directory) and change the LD_LIBRARY_PATH in the
bin/analysis script to say:
setenv LD_LIBRARY_PATH
"/usr/lib64:${CCPNMR_TOP_DIR}/tcl8.5/lib:${CCPNMR_TOP_DIR}/tk8.5
/lib:${CCPNMR_TOP_DIR}/tcl8.5/lib/Tix8.4.3:${CCPNMR_TOP_DIR}/lib"
(just the last bit is new).
