I kind of agree Jim. I certainly don't think it deserves to be called
hogwash, or not worth the time bothering about. Issues of surface and
depth in postmodernism are particularly important with regard to
poetry. Unfair responses so far, in my opinion, to a genuine attempt
at tackling something difficult.
