Ive just started a new job rolling out the content system at Bristol University. Im fairly confident that I now know what you can do with it - what I am interested in now is how can you successfully get staff using it.
Do any of you have anything that you felt worked well (or worked horribly badly and I should avoid doing).
We are starting off with a number of small scale pilots looking at using the functionality to resolve existing problems/needs, but I would be very interested in examples of successful adoption or best practice recomendations.
