Hey Lisa,
Not that one, but I have used another similar thing, shoot [1] to do mouse clicking by voice (e.g. in conjunction with a headmouse). Nowadays you could also use the inbuilt Voice Recognition in Windows 7 though which we seem to have had some good results with...
These speech recognition systems can be quite good I think because they aren't based on a voice model (I don't think), just the sounds and a restricted number of commands. So as long as your client can make a set of consistent sounds/words they might be pretty good.
Hope this is of some vague help and makes sense, before anyone asks, no, I'm not a gamer either!
Cheers.

Hi
Has anyone had any experience of using this with their clients? I've been looking for games for older kids to access and came across it as a (partial?) access method
http://www.say2play.com/
"Say2Play is a front-end that allows, but doesn't force, you to use vocals in place of key presses and mouse clicks. It works with virtually any game, and comes with readymade profiles for scores of titles, and you can use either your vocal cords or any other controller for any and all in-game control."
I'm not a gamer (unless Lego Batman counts), so it really means nothing to me, so any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks
Lisa
