London's Screen Archives (the regional network) has been contacted by a researcher on 'Who Do You Think You Are?', who is trying to track down the archive of the 1940s/50s talent agency MCA (Music Corporation of America). It was set up in London immediately after World War II. Later it became the International Famous Agency, then ICM in 1975, and is now called Independent. Independent does not hold the archives of the previous firms, however.
If you have any leads, please get in touch directly with the researcher: Lauren Hawthorne, Wall-to-Wall Television, 8 - 9 Spring Place, LONDON NW5 3ER, Tel 020 7241 9399, [log in to unmask] .
Best wishes,
