Thanks everyone for your input.
In answer to the question of what the employee's condition is, I'll keep it brief: Diabetes, Musculoskeletal disorder, Asthma and Neurological condition. We recommended a stress risk assessment to ensure she was supported in her role, and (sharon, this one was on your list) a job risk assessment to ensure she would manage emergency evacuation of premises, and also to ensure a plan was in place should she need assistance from the first aid officer or in the event an ambulance needs to be called to work.
One of our main aims on getting clarification for this risk assesment was to clearly identify the role of H+S vs the role of OH, as we were concerned this was a little blurred for the staff onsite.
Thanks again for your input, I really appreciate it.
kind regards
cath
