Hi there,
just to add to this, if you want a binary mask, take the appropriate
gray matter prior (e.g., gray.nii from the apriori folder) and use
imcalc to threshold it, for example using
i1 > 0.25
or whatever threshold you consider appropriate. This will generate a
binary mask.
