Dear Muhammad,
There is a part in the code that tries to ensure compatibility with
existing scripts so it'd be interesting to see why you get an error.
In any case you should now specify S.channels as a string or cell
array of labels that may also include 'all' or types ('EEG', 'MEG'
etc.).
If you are happy with your script as it is you can also easily fix it
by changing spm_eeg_tf to spm_eeg_tf5 which is the old version of the
function.
