Hi Maxim/Michel,
If you use Christian Gaser's VBM toolbox
(http://dbm.neuro.uni-jena.de/vbm/) I believe you get the volumes
written out in a text file. However, if you use the standard SPM
segmentation routine, this isn't done, and you will need to use
another script to get these values. There are other posts on this;
you might try something like Ged Ridgway's get_totals:
http://www.cs.ucl.ac.uk/staff/G.Ridgway/vbm/get_totals.m
You can get these for each tissue class and sum them to get an estimate of TIV.
