The BBC Radio 4 series 'Archive on 4' featured a programme on recordings of Peter Sellers, 'Sellers in the Attic' (Radio 4, Saturday 24 July, 8.00.p.m.). In addition to the well-known rendering of 'A Hard Day's Night' in the style of Olivier's Richard III, first released on an E.P. and filmed as a sequence for the Granada TV programme 'The Music of Lennon and McCartney' it has an interview with the producer John Hamp, outtakes from the TV recording session and Seller's delivering 'Now is the winter of our discontent' impersonating Lennon. The programme is repeated today (Monday 26 July, 3.00.p.m) and is available on the BBC iPlayer for 5 more days. The sequence begins at around 7.36. minutes in.
