Just wanted to pass on sincere thanks to John for all his efforts in
getting UKRDS to this point. We at Leicester have been extremely
grateful to him for offering his advice, support and considerable
knowledge in helping us define and continue to build our support to
researchers through IT Services and the wider institution and national
providers. John has also offered valuable advice to the Wellcome
sponsored JISC Managing Research Data Halogen project to design and
build a template example of an interdisciplinary database for
researchers.
Thanks John!
