there are boundaries and it would appear the employee is overstepping
the mark. There can often be dependency issues hence why counsellors
put measures to ensure this from the outset of sessions - e.g maximum
of 6, contact is for the session etc.
I would be clear to her in that this behaviour is not helping her
situation and alienating you from her and that contact out-with an
arranged professional setting for you is inappropriate and that she
cannot invade your privacy.
To be honest if this was me i would report this to HR/management
