*if* you don't mind iframes it should be as simple to embed these on your site as something like
<iframe width="425" height="350" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" src="http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=http:%2F%2Fapi.flickr.com%2Fservices%2Ffeeds%2Fgeo%2F%3Fg%3D1126411%40N24%26lang%3Den-us%26format%3Dkml_nl&sll=53.800651,-4.064941&sspn=19.406082,39.506836&ie=UTF8&ll=0,0&spn=90,0&output=embed"></iframe><br /><small><a href="http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&source=embed&hl=en&geocode=&q=http:%2F%2Fapi.flickr.com%2Fservices%2Ffeeds%2Fgeo%2F%3Fg%3D1126411%40N24%26lang%3Den-us%26format%3Dkml_nl&sll=53.800651,-4.064941&sspn=19.406082,39.506836&ie=UTF8&ll=0,0&spn=90,0" style="color:#0000FF;text-align:left">View Larger Map</a></small>
May not look simple, but here are the steps:
Go to Flickr group pool page (as Jim pointed out) and garb the kml feed url (in the above case for the 'Your Kew' pool http://api.flickr.com/services/feeds/geo/?g=1126411@N24&lang=en-us&format=kml_nl - by default you'll only get 20 images so you'd have to play around with the API a bit if you want more)
Go to maps.google.com and paste that into the search box
Zoom and pan and change display settings to how you want it to appear
Click on 'Link' at the top-right and capture the embed code
As a final step you may need to play around with the code a bit to get it exactly as you'd like it.
I've also used some neat plugins for Wordpress to do this, which probably wouldn't be too hard to adapt for use outside a CMS or in another tool.
Regards
James
