The gatekeeper creates an intermediate file with a generic unique name,
which an "lcg" job manager subsequently renames such that the new name
refers to a job ID that is internal to the job manager, e.g. as shown.
This machinery is needed because an "lcg" job manager adds each new job
to its internal queue and will only submit it to the batch system when
it receives a poll request and the load is not too high.
