Good day,
1. In going to https://lcg-sam.cern.ch:8443/sam/sam.py and pick VO=ops,
region = any(well have tried several) and sBDII, then ShowSensorTests,
the result is "No results returned".
Also true if pick RGMA.
Is there somewhere else we are supposed to be looking for OPS SAM tests on
for instance all site-bdii (or for instance RGMA) in for instance UKI?
2. Our site-bdii occasionally vanishes briefly from gstat2. (Earlier today
the main gstat2 page for my site listed no site-bdii under "Information
System Monitoring and Validation"; now it's reappeared again.)
What might cause this? It seems healthy site-bdii AFAICS.
On 7 June it was built & on 8 June updated with bdii-5.0.8-1.noarch,
openldap24, openldap24-clients, openldap24-servers and has seemed mostly
stable since then (gridview shows a tiny bit of red).
3. The "Service Availability Monitoring - sBDII" tests for my site bdii
(bookmarked since yesterday so can refresh) show since 8am today all grey.
What does grey mean + how to debug? Grab the url & change to Oxford or
Bham: same thing, grey since 8am. Are these SAM pages retired?
4. At gridview, hourly report, no data at all for my site-bdii for
20100703 (eek) & on 20100702 stops at 8am. But also true for all other
sites checked. The data for other nodes is solid for 24hrs though.
Yet if choose "Display SamStatus Graphs" looks like all the data's there
including site-bdii.
Is that normal?
My site-bdii is gLite 3.2 64-bit SL5.3 = a VMware server v2 VM on
SL5.3 x86_64 host.
In bdii.conf is
BDII_LOG_LEVEL=DEBUG
and it's reporting

It appears to have been doing this at least since 7 June when it was built.
Is this harmless? Or indicate a problem?
In http://lcg-bdii-conf.cern.ch/bdii-conf/bdii.conf the correct node is
listed as site bdii.
Grateful for advice!
