No, I agree, but I guess it's good that people who ARE abusing the system are being caught.
However, why is it we only see the BAD people, and don't hear the stories of people in genuine need?
And why is it still a vehicle for comedy? It's a very old problem, as we know, but benefit fraud was the story of a well-known sitcom the other night - as if it's suddenly news.
I groaned to myself. Of course, they were caught in the end, so all well and good, but even so, I have to say I didn't find it particularly funny.
