Hi Robin
Just wanted to check is this a research monograph meaning you are looking for book proposals from individuals or is it an edited
book of articles? I would be happy to contribute something on the rebuilding of Manchester since the IRA bombing in 1996 and the
impact this had had on democratic use of space in the city. If you can send me clarification on this I can send you an abstracts
etc.
Many thanks

Dear Colleagues,
The call has just been released for the latest round of Sociological
Review Monographs for the academic year 2011-2012 (final manuscript to be
submitted August 2011). Rather than this just being for information I was
wondering if any members of the group were interested in contributing to
submitting a proposal? Proposals should include title and rationale,
together with lists of contributors, titles and brief abstracts. Looking
at previous titles the themes are fairly broad and of an equally general
sociological interest, so any ideas for a theme can emerge after looking
at the current work of members (if anyone is interested that is).
Best wishes
Robin
