Two MRC funded PhD scholarships in Medical Statistics
We are inviting applications for two MRC scholarships in Medical Statistics at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.
The broad-based projects involve the development and application of statistical methods for handling missing data in clinical trials and epidemiology. This is an important and rapidly developing area, and the successful applicants will have the opportunity to collaborate with leading researchers in clinical trials and epidemiology.
The project supervisors, Dr James Carpenter and Professor Mike Kenward, have a strong track record in the development and application of missing data methodology.

The scholarships will fund fees for EU citizens, and - for those who satisfy the residency requirements - a generous maintenance allowance.
