Hi,
Anyone using Google Analytics?
We've been using GA for about 2.5 years, setting up profiles for various parts of the University who have begun managing their web presence using our centrally managed CMS.
I've just discovered that there is an upper limit of 50 profiles available and we're running out. The only solution I can find in online forums is to set up another account and run 2 scripts on each page. Google doesn't recommend this.
- Anyone else encountered this problem?
- Any suggestions of how to get around it?
- Anyone using a different (ideally free) package that they're particularly happy with? I like GA, but it's not really set up for use in a devolved publishing community such as ours. Something with that could give editors more freedom to customise without compromising the security of the overall data set would be ideal.
Cheers,
N
