ok, I was still thinking in the "SAM" way: what is published is tested,
unless different indications on GOC-DB :-)
I didn't know that with nagios, if an lfc server is declared on GOC-DB
as monitored may not support ops VO;
I see now that only the certificate test is performed (even though in my
opinion it is convenient enable ops because the Read and Ping test allow
to find out problems that do not appear with the simple certificate test):
