Hi,
The -f and -g options are the main options to try when getting
unacceptable BET results. However, you might find that using
fslroi to cut out the portion of your image below the brain, and
then using BET (which shouldn't need the -c after that) might
work a lot better. I find that this is generally a good way to work.
