Hi FSL users,
I am running a second level analysis with FLAME 1.
When running on our cluster system, after hitting Go the following
error appears in the terminal window:
-----
2
shell-init: error retrieving current directory: getcwd: cannot access
parent directories: No such file or directory
While executing
"exec sh -c "grep NumPonts design.mat | awk '{ print \$2 }' " "
invoked from within
"if { $done_something == 0 } {
if { ! $fmri(inmelodic) } {
if {level} == 1} {
#{{{ FEAT first-level analysis
for { set session 1}
(file "/cfmm/apps/fsl/bin/feat" line 199)
-----
The analysis does not complete though it says that it is "Running".
I found earlier reference to a similar problem in the archives:
https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind0708&L=FSL&P=R53116&1=FSL&9=A&I=-3&J=on&d=No+Match%3BMatch%3BMatches&z=4
It was mentioned however that this problem was fixed with a patch:
https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind0708&L=FSL&P=R57645&I=-3&X=4B484C16199E2AE5CB&Y=steve%40fmrib.ox.ac.uk
(though the links are no longer working)
Being that I am using version 4.1.4 I assume this is included already.
Any help on correcting the problem would be much appreciated.
The first level analysis did not have any errors.
Thank you,
Matt Hutchison
