Hi,
We've been aware of the problem since 2:30am this morning. RAL and
Triumph are in the same position, failing all CE SAM OPS tests with the
same "no entries for host: samdpm001.cern.ch"
In the past (weeks ago) we experienced twice the same problem, which got
rectified without our intervention. We believed it was an external
problem (at CERN), that's why now we have too little to do.
I am currently in contact with other colleagues to see what we can do
more.
Cheers,
Catalin Condurache

Subject: Re: Problem with RAL BDII?
RALPP uses the BDII_LIST but still failed one test last night with:
[BDII][][] lcgbdii.gridpp.rl.ac.uk: No entries for host:
samdpm001.cern.ch
[BDII][][] lcg-bdii.gridpp.ac.uk: No entries for host: samdpm001.cern.ch
[BDII][][] lcg-bdii.cern.ch: No entries for host: samdpm001.cern.ch
So, not completely RAL's fault.
Chris.
