Hello Everybody,
I'm new here, hence I would like to introduce myself first.
I'm working on a research project about long and short vowels in German using the MEG.
My recordings are already done and I want to analyse my data, but I have a sincere problem.
I have preprocessed my datasets with CTF-routines (average, eyeblink-rejection, offset-removel. I have to do so in order to use some other programs than SPM8).
When I want to do 3D-reconstruction, SPM8 refuses to process the data with the excuse that "no fiducials are defined".
I thought the information is stored in the hc (headcoils) struct produced by the CTF-routines, hence I looked after that.
But the results remained the same.
My questions:
1. Where does SPM8 get the information about the fiducials from?
2. Are there several possibilities to read that information from the original dataset?
3. Is there a possibility to access the datasets after SPM8-convertion in order to insert the information about the fiducials manually?
Thanks in advance,
I hope, someone can help me,
Greetings
Fabian
