Dear Alex,
please use the latest version of the manual, as available online:
http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/doc/manual.pdf#Chap:DCM_fmri
(it also contains references to recent changes in DCM that will be
available in the next set of updates but you can safely ignore them for
the moment).
The alternative is to use the former archive of the dataset that will be
in line with the version of the manual you are using:
ftp://ftp.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/data/attention/glm_dcm_analysis.zip
Sorry for the confusion, hopefully things will be streamlined with the
next SPM8 update.
Best regards,
Guillaume.
