Thanks for the journal idea.

I'd be in favour of putting it in the book somewhere if the rights can 
be sorted - I think it's creative commons, attribution, no derivatives 
2008,2010, which effectively means the publisher can use it under 
licence but not have exclusive rights to it.

For those in the network who don't know - EJ is an editor on a new book 
on PV under preparation.
