in terms of academic journals, i'm sure that you have already got some thoughts however from a visual perspective 'visual studies' (the journal of the international Visual Sociology Assoc) might be one space to consider. I know that their Dec 2009, Vol4: no. 3 edition published the IVSA code of research ethics and guidelines. Of course it may be that a publication aligned more to participatory research may be more fitting.
perhaps we could also (copyright waiver dependant) also put it in our forthcoming PV book so it gets maximum discussion/ dissemination. this would have to be thought about though as it may not work for a number of reasons. would you like us to think about this?

At long last, I'm very pleased to share the final version of the PV statement. I'm sorry it's taken so long to sort out, but here it is - the nearest thing this network has to a constitution.
The next step is to get it published - hopefully simultaneously in PLA notes (an international practitioner journal with a large circulation) and a suitable academic journal. I think some of the PyGyRg people had an idea about a suitable one. A little help would be appreciated getting this sorted as we have a little momentum now and it would be fantastic to get this cleared up.
There're quite few other things simmering in the background now, but I'll write separately about that. I think in the UK and elsewhere there is going to be even more need for individuals and communities to be able to tell their stories and think collectively about their situations. We're in a good position to help facilitate that and to help one another in doing so.
Hoping you're all well
