"Scientix - the community for science education in Europe - was created to
facilitate regular dissemination and sharing of know-how and best practices
in science education across the European Union."
It has what looks like a long list of resources that you can search by
subject, age range and so on.
Not much action yet and just 55 members. But it was launched only last
month.
