We're talking about the same cat? The one who has proudly displayed on the
wall beside his kitty-litter box something resembling a dried prune and
labeled "Macavity's Ear"?
I have it on good authority that David Cameron wanted to extend the remit of
ASBOs to felines, and was only dissuaded by Nick Clegg on the grounds that
he'd received a missive to the effect, "We know where you live," and signed
by a pawprint and the initials, "VB".
I agree that list etiquette forbids the traducing of members who have been
banned, and thus cannot reply in person, but as Vile Boris isn't, despite
his formidable presence here, and never has been, a member of this list, I
don't think this applies in this case.
Why can't we talk about *nice cats, like Asher, is what I want to know.
